Ο «Ξενώνας Μαζαράκη» βρίσκεται στα Πικουλιάνικα, το κοντινότερο χωριό από το κάστρο του Μυστρά.

Απέχει 230 χλμ. από την Αθήνα (περίπου 2½ ώρες), 4 χλμ. από το νέο Μυστρά και 9 χλμ. από την Σπάρτη.

Ο ξενώνας έχει θέα ανατολικά τον βυζαντινό Μυστρά και την κοιλάδα του Ευρώτα με την πόλη της Σπάρτης, ενώ δυτικά βλέπει τον ορεινό όγκο του Ταϋγέτου.

Βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 600μ., σε μια περιοχή κατάφυτη με πολλές πηγές.

Τα κτίρια σχεδιάστηκαν από τον αρχιτέκτονα Γιώργο Γιαξόγλου, ενώ τους εσωτερικούς χώρους (με θέμα τα στάχυα, την ελιά, τον ουρανό, τα κλαδιά, το ρόδι και τα άνθη) επιμελήθηκε η σκηνογράφος Ελένη Μανωλοπούλου.

The «Mazaraki Guesthouse» is located in Pikoulianika, the nearest village to the castle of Mystras. This superb location is at a distance of 230km.away from Athens (approximately 2 ½ hours drive) and 4km. away from contemporary Mystras and 9km. away from Sparta .

The guest house overlooks Byzantine Mystras and the valley of the Evrotas river, in addition to the city of Sparta from the west , whereas in the east, it enjoys wonderful views over the mass of Mount Taygetos and beyond.

It is located at an altitude of 600m., in a wooded area with an abundance of mountain springs and streams.

The buildings were designed by the architect Georgios Giaxoglou, whereas the interior (offering individual themes such as the wheat, the olive, the sky, the branches, the pomegranate and the flowers ) was developed by the scenographer Eleni Manolopoulou.
